ICE Futures Europe and ICE Clear Europe Receive 30 Month Deferral

LONDON--()--Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, today announced that ICE Futures Europe and ICE Clear Europe have received a deferral from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Bank of England (BoE) in respect of non-discriminatory access provisions in the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR).

The deferral, effective immediately and for a period of 30 months, refers to non-discriminatory access provisions to Central Counterparties (CCPs) and Trading Venues in Articles 35 and 36 of MiFIR.
